Arrival on Frost Frozen winds howled in Erthe’s ear as he slowly awoke from his nightmarish dreams. ”Urgh, what a ride that was” The Genesis Corporation Captain groaned to himself. ”I can’t believe the landing I had.” he mumbled, as the memory of his arrival on Frost slowly started to fade back into his mind. Needless to say the teletube that brought Erthe from the paradise like hills of Namek to the snow torn barren plains of Frost was not a pleasure cruise. Some where along the lines of calculating his arrival, the person who operated the teletube made a mistake, and Erthe appeared in the middle of a Blizzard a hundred feet or so in the air, and up side down. One of these factors would not have caused a problem. Two of them could have been corrected, but all three together had been disastrous. Not knowing that he was upside down, the moment Erthe realized he had appeared in a blizzard, Erthe begun to fly ‘upwards’ to try and get himself above the storm clouds. Well, a few moments of flying revealed suddenly to Erthe that he was indeed upside down when he crashed neck first into a frozen outcropping of ice. The sudden impact on the base of his skull had caused the human warrior to black out. An undisclosed period of time later, Erthe found himself face first in the snow. ”I need to find the base. I have to report into Genesis Corporation central command of my semi safe arrival.” Erthe told himself, building the motivation to get up from the ground and continue on. * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * With the blizzard dying down to a normal snow storm, Erthe found travel much easier then it had been during the first leg of his journey. The desalination of Frost made it quite hard for Erthe to gain enough bearings to find his direction in which his base might be, and the lack of random villages also caused Erthe to struggle to find anyone that might him find his direction. Ready to give up, and reaching the end of his patience, Erthe finally stumbled upon something strange. A lone foot and ankle stuck above the snow drift. Curiosity getting the best of him, Erthe gave a great heave of the foot, pulling whatever it was up out of the snow. W/C: 405 Total W/C: 405/2500 [16.2%] |

His right hand rose to his right-side temple; joining the elevation of the left hand, which was already in position. Android X let loose a violent, blood-curdling Bark that was so intense, it kicked the snow up in front of him; sending the small flurries running for their freezing-cold lives. The android had done this before, and now it was time to do it again... The Solar Flare exploded through the sky, flashing everything in the vicinity and coating the area in a beyond-white glow. As the android's nervous, but confident eyes peered forward into the blinding flash, he noticed the snow and ice all around him acted as a magnifier. The Solar Flare's effect was amplified ten-fold and the android's eyes forced themselves shut in retreat from his crazy-mind's ambitions.. The android grit his teeth and commanded his eye lids apart with signals from his brain's circuitry traveling down at lightning quick speeds. His eye lids had no choice, but to obey and they did so with as much reluctance as possible; allowing the blinding light to penetrate once more into the android's sensitive retinas. Android X stumbled back ward at the incredible awesomeness of the flash, and his eyes burned, leading to an instantaneous-head ache for the android. One that would last for a while... As the android's eyes maintained a forced-open wideness, his eye balls rolled side to side, trying to spread the effect out evenly upon his eye balls, in order to provide some slight relief from the torturous event. The android's eye balls were none too happy at all with the 'slight relief' and they conjured up all their energy, pulling the top and bottom eye lids closed with help from the forehead and cheeks. Android X's face scrunched up on himself, and he felt as though he was at conflict with his own body... and his mind was loosing against the conditioned-muscles and nerves. Android X's hands fell from his temples, ever so slightly and rushed inward to his eye lids. His index fingers planted firmly into the bottom of his eye brows, while his middle-fingers took up posts at the top of his cheeks, able to feel the bottom's of his eye sockets. As his fingers met their locations with precision accuracy and timing, the android's mind, ordered them to part ways. The combined motions of his middle-fingers pushing down and his index-fingers pushing up, allowed his tightly closed eye lids no chance to resist. His eyes were forced open once more... and this time it was mental and physical combo, versus physical resistance. The android thought he had the upper-hand this time as his eyes starred out into the blinding light, which was now beginning to fade... ..The fading was a beautiful sight for the android to witness... something he had never seen before. He watched as the natural light of the area around him began to return and then, it seemed as though everything was much darker than it had been before. As the android's fingers continued to hold his battling eye lids open, his eye balls rolled left and right, examining the snow-covered terrain in front of him. His eyes had endured the brunt of the Solar Flare's effects and they had even begun to adjust to it.. The android's mind smiled softly in approval of the successful exercise.. but now, he was facing a different issue. His eyes had adjusted so well to the prolonged exposure of the flash; that they were now unable to adjust back, and his pupils resembled the tiniest of pin holes; straining to gather in light, in a dark world. His pupils remained small, even after the android released his face from his fingers' control and allowed his eye lids to part and meet several times in a blinking-fashion. As the android took a few steps back ward, trying to blink his eyes into adjustment.. his leading left-foot suddenly found it's place atop a hidden sheet of ice; buried beneath the frigid-snow. Had it not been for the sudden noise that interrupted the android's focus; he might have been able to recover from the sudden slippage... ...Just as his left foot was sliding away from him on the sheet of slick-ice, the android's ears perked up, throbbing at the strange sound coming from high up above him. It sounded slightly familiar to the android... like he had heard it before... somewhere on Planet Vegeta... As the sound grew louder, the android continued to slip, his right foot hoping back ward to try and provide some sort of structure or foundation for his left-foot's losing battle against the frozen-water. His right foot found no structure or foundation... and only added to the android's unbalanced-plight as his two feet slid and became tangled around one another, his legs twisting and his heavy-knee caps knocking together with a sickening cracking sound. Above the feeling, sound and temporary agony of the android's lower-half antics; the Loud sound above him finally reached its peak and suddenly a memory flashed through the android's unbalanced-mind. He had thought the sound was familiar... he had thought he heard it on Planet Vegeta before... it was the sound of something... perhaps a small ship of some sort... entering the Planet's atmosphere. At first it had started as a rumble that the android was unable to relate to his past experience... but now, it was unmistakable; as the loud vvoooooOOOOOOPP!! noise emitted, the sound breaking loose in a Popping-manner, as though the entering ship had literally just, Popped, through the atmosphere of Frost Planet and was now; within the invisible dome, and subject to the frozen planet's x3 Gravity. Android X's eyes closed hard, as his heavy-chin met the same ice-slab his feet had been dancing on for several moments.. His head rocked forward and back as his neck whipped from the impact of the hard fall. The android had been atop a large hill, trying to train his eyes to endure the Solar Flare; amongst other techniques he had come to learn... Now, he was sliding with intense velocity, down the giant hill, his face dragging against the massive ice-slab that seemed to run the entire length of the descent. The android could do nothing; as the sudden fall and smack of his chin against the rock-hard ice sheet had rendered him slightly stunned and his already fucked up vision was now even more so impaired by blurriness. The androids speed continued to increase down the hillside and finally he achieved top speed as he slid down the bottom-transition of the hill, the momentum launching him like a penguin across the ice and snow for a hundred yards. After skidding for what seemed to the android's perplexed-mind like an hour; his momentum decreased and he finally came to a stop. Android X slowly lifted his upper half away from the ground, his arms pushing hard against the snow. As his blood-covered face rose from the cold earth, his eyes looked forward, revealing to his already comprehending and fearful brain, that he had stopped, inches before going over the edge... of a massive... snow cliff. The android smiled slightly, his blood covered teeth and gums showing behind his busted and swollen lips. Well that was fuckin clo......... ....The few inches the android had to spare, were not strong enough-inches to hold his heavy-weight and with his arms added pressure pushing down into them, they gave up the fight and decided to bail. The edge of the cliff broke free beneath the android's hands and his upper half had no choice but to follow his arms and the chunks of snow...over the edge.... and down. The android's eyes fluttered slightly as he began to wake. His mind was not yet operational in terms of thought process; but some basic motor-skills allowed the android's eyes to open and his lungs to take in oxygen and exhale the used up gasses back into the cold air. As he exhaled however, the android realized there wasn't much cold air... in fact, it was quite warm now, with the sudden addition of his out ward breath. His eyes rolled forward and looked at nothing but darkness... his bloody lips and face stung a bit, with cold snow pressing against them from all sides... Android X's mind slowly began to join the party... and he discerned that his entire body had been swallowed up inside of a giant Snow drift... everything... except for his right ankle, and connecting foot, which stuck straight up and had managed to keep their toes... above the frozen water. Android X began to wonder how long he had been asleep inside this snow drift... and if there was any way he could dig himself up and out of it... Just then.. something grabbed hold of his exposed foot and pulled at it. The pull, was extremely strong and mighty; thought the surprised android, as he ascended from the snow drift rapidly; being flung up into the air a few feet as he emerged fully from the snow. Android X felt like a metallic-rag doll in the hands of a restless child with retard-strength... ...Guess it's time to play, thought the android as he came crashing back to the ground on his already snot and blood-spattered face; the rest of his body folding up on top of him in a terrible, contortionist-like display of flexibility. The android was no stranger to making a fool of himself during first-impressions... and this ... would not be the exception. Snow Hill: WC: 1,594/2,500 |

Lost and Found With the will to push on and find the Genesis Corporation Headquarters driving his mind forward, Erthe found the desire to continue on through the blistering cold air of frost. Erthe knew that the headquarters was suppose to be teletube to the same location as Erthe was, but it seems the same error that had dropped Erthe a hundred feet in the air, upside down and in the middle of a blizzard also separated the human Genesis Corporation Captain from his haven of normality. ”This is the last time I use the bargain brand teletube company for my transportation needs! When central command told me that squad three has used up their monthly allotment of teletube usages, I should have just paid the Corporations rate for a teletube, but no! I figured I could save a buck by using teletube ‘r’ us for my traveling needs. I’ll never make that mistake again. Bunch of two bit worthless hacks they are!” Erthe ranted out loud to himself as he begun to trudge through the snow in a random direction. After putting several miles behind him, Erthe found that the direction he had chosen, had led to a giant snow hill. ”Great, barren featureless plains in every direction they eye could see, and I choose the one that featured the mighty snow mountain, mount frost.” Erthe complained sarcastically as he started to ascend up the side of the steep snow mountain. ”Well at least when I reach the top, I should have a good vantage point to try and locate my Headquarters with.” Erthe told himself as he continued to trudge up the side of the steep hill. * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * Blinking his eyes several times, to get his eyes to readjust Erthe shook the snow from his head, face, and shoulders, the embarrassing memory of the past few minutes still fresh into his mind. When Erthe had finally reached the top of the snow hill, he took the opportunity of the vantage point to search the horizon for his headquarters. After several long minutes of scanning failed, Erthe found himself with no choices to follow, but one. Far off in the distance on the other side of the snow hill was a lone tower standing bleakly against the featureless horizon. Erthe created a mental map the best he could of the distance between him and the tower for several moments before his attention was grabbed by something more localized. At his feet was something that he could only relate to one other thing, something from his childhood on Planet Earth. A toboggan trail. ”Who would come all the way out here to ride toboggans?” Erthe questioned to himself. ”Well, there is no other way to find out then to follow the trail and see where it leads to.” Erthe reasoned as he bent over to study the trail a little bit more. As Erthe bent forward, though, he found that at the very start of the trail was a hidden patch of ice underneath a thin layer of snow. With one foot following his torso, and the other foot dancing out behind his body, Erthe found no other choice then to take a head first ride down the toboggan trail. Racing down the trail, Erthe found his soft and tender flesh no match for the icy shards that protruded from the icy slope. With his face, arms, hands and even belly being shredded like ground beef, Erthe found himself racing towards a very unfavorable situation. At the bottom of the hill sat a snow dune that created a nice ramp for launching any toboggans, human or otherwise, into a mighty jump. With his momentum too much to counter, Erthe soon found himself floating through the air. Dazed and disoriented, Erthe forgot that his bukujutsu ability could have saved him form a quite painful landing, and this lapse in judgment caused Erthe to endure exactly that fate. Crashing into the solid snow packed ground of Frost, Erthe continued to skip across the ground like a stone across the lake. Just as his momentum just about played itself out, Erthe found himself free falling again. A brief glance behind him was enough to answer the question of why. Quickly fading from view was a cliff edge, which Erthe had the bad luck of falling over. With one final crash into the snow, Erthe was pleasantly surprised to find this snow to be fresh powder, and that it absorbed most of his impact. ”Now that was a ride!” Erthe gasped in exhilaration. With nearly the entirety of his front side throbbing from being sliced to ribbons, Erthe still could not deny the pure enjoyment of the ride he just endured. ”Well, that cut the travel time to that tower probably in half for me!” Erthe said, trying to find a bright side to his mishap. There was little ‘bright side’ to be found though, and instead of trying to convince himself that the fall was for his betterment, Erthe instead rolled over onto his back. Sitting up and standing to stand, Erthe found the most bizarre thing. Not more then a two feet in front of the Genesis Corporation Captain was what appeared to be the right foot and ankle of a body. ”Oh my word! They must be frozen to death!” Erthe exclaimed as he sprung to his feet and rushed to the ankle. Grasping the appendage in both hands, Erthe gave a mighty heave, but to his surprise, the entirety of the ankle weighed a lot more then he first expected. ”What on earth is this attacked to? Must be a morbid elephant or something!” Erthe gasped as he heaved at the ankle. Calling upon reserve amounts of strength, Erthe thrusted the ankle and foot upwards, revealing the rather small body of a man. Complete utter amazement at the disproportion of body mass to weight, Erthe found himself crashing to the ground backwards, his eyes forming giant “X” symbols, and white balloons rising from above his head to signal his surprise. * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * Now freed from the snow, and with his rescuer fallen backwards in amazement, the clumsy android was now free to act as he normally would. Android X's hands came to rest on either sides of his head. His face was smashed into the cold snow ground, and his body all folded up on top of him. As his arms flexed and his muscles engaged, he pushed; sending his tottering legs back ward and allowing his shoulders, neck and blood-covered face and head to lift away from the icy earth. The android blinked several times... his face was covered in a thick layer of snow, with little swirls of red blood mixed about, like some sort of delicious whipped-cream and strawberry swirl delight. The android imagined what he must look like from the out side and as he envisioned the delicious treat, his belly rumbled, reminding him he had not eaten in.... who fucking knows how long.. The android shoved hard against the snow, attempting to push himself up to a kneeling position at least; however as he shoved, the slick ground and his smooth palms proved a successful combination... to put his snowy, blood-face right back on the floor. Android X's mind went blank as his brain and connecting circuitry plowed up against the back side of the front of his skull.. The impact of the whip-lashing motion took a toll on not only the android's thought-process, but his motor-skills, as his hands attempted to move to either sides of his head again...but found themselves wildly flailing around at either sides of his torso. To the out side eye, the android might have appeared to be some sort of Frozen Village-Drunkard, with a knack for putting on free comedy shows; in order to obtain more Zeni... to purchase more drink.. and further fuel his routine. Sighing heavily, the android relaxed his arms, letting his heavy-elbows, forearms, wrists and hands all plummet to the snow to join the rest of his cold-body. The two limbs landed with thuds in the snow, sending white flurries springing into the air all around in a wild wispy display.. Android X exhaled deeply against the snow, his nose and lips buried into the white powder. AS he continued to inhale chilly air, and exhale moderately warm returns; the snow beneath his face began to feel the weathering effects.. and melt. Android X's lips and nose suddenly came into contact with a hard layer.. of frozen water... some might call.. ice. The smack of his nose against the ice, encouraged several sniffles and snorts to erupt from the android's achy face, and blood began to dribble slightly from his left nostril... matching the look of his right nostril, which had already been bleeding profusely since the start of these escapades. After a few moments of lying face down on the ice, the android's mind suddenly snapped at him; having finally recovered from it's stunned; beaten-up state. As his mind hollered at him from the inside, his ears throbbed and his head pounded in ache. His mind had reminded him that he had previously been buried in a giant snow-drift; with little hope of escaping it's cold clutches. However, before the android could put much thought into his escape-plan, he had been yanked free by his ankle from the white-pile.... thus landing him on his face, in freedom... and leading him to his current situation... As this memory rippled through the android's still, slightly-blurred mind, he decided he had better get up and at least thank the kind-soul who had been nice enough to lend him a hand or two. However, the android's plight continued; as he pulled his head away from the ground and realized very quickly, and painfully; that his soft, slightly moist lips, had quickly become best friends with the hard, unforgiving, sheet of ice... ...the top and bottom lips showing no signs.. of wanting to part ways from their new acquaintance. You Don’t Say? Slowly pushing himself up to his feet from the frozen ground of Frost, Erthe found himself standing just a few paces from the android he had pulled from the snow bank. The weight to height ratio of the Android surprised and even stunned Erthe a bit at first, but as the thought of how much metal was in that small frame dawned on Erthe, he saw the reason for that minor fact. Watching the Android lay on the ground for several long moments caused Erthe to wonder if it was actually still operational; or would it be alive? Erthe had to ponder the difference later. Erthe quickly got his answer to his question, as he put his philosophical pondering behind him, when the android started to unfold itself from its precarious position. Soon enough the Android found himself on his stomach, and was attempting to push himself up on his knees. This tactic appeared to be working, up until the moment when his hands decided they were going tobogganing across the ice below him. With both hands sliding away from his knees in separate directions, the bulky Android had no choice but to plummet the few feet back to the icy ground, head first. The resounding crack that echoed threw the air told Erthe that though that fall was quite short, it was one of quite punishing results for the Android’s face / head. ”Oh!” Erthe said in reaction, cringing and turning away from the sight of the android, pushing both hand towards him in an attempt to repel the shards of ice that flew at Erthe. ”I’m not a doctor, but I know that one had to hurt.” Erthe stated, even though he was already sure the Android already realized that it was painful by the amount of pain that was now coursing through his skull. Sure that the Android would want some personal time to recover from such a fall, Erthe stood watching him and his random twitching for several long minutes. Finally the Android showed signs of being ready to stand again, but this time he attempted to lift his head, just to get a few millimeters off the ground and place it right back in its original position. Finding this not too natural, Erthe approached the Android, his voice filled with concern. ”Hey buddy, are you alright there?” Erthe asked as Erthe arrived at the scene of Android X’s head crashing with Frost’s frozen water, what some might call ice. When no intelligible response came from the Android, Erthe bent down and attempted to help the Android stand, but after a light tug on his shoulder, Erthe realized that his lips were frozen to the ground. ”Well it is a mighty fine mess you have gotten yourself into now, isn’t it? Today just is not your day.” Erthe stated, as he placed one hand on his chin, his index finger tapping his lips in thought, and his other hand on his knee, holding his torso air born as he held his kneeling position over Android X. ”Well, we could always just tug your head away from the ground until your lips ripped from the ice, but that would be most painful. No, I don’t think you would very rightly agree with that, would you?” Erthe said more to himself then to the man he was trying to rescue for the second time in a few minutes. Erthe continued to ponder the situation for several long moments, before his face light up with recognition of a thought that may very well work, and work very well too. ”Hold still, this wont hurt much if any, and you will be free again in a jiffy.” Erthe said, with a smile the Android could not see. Slowly Erthe reached his hand down toward Android X’s face, and as his hand touched the ground, water suddenly begun to poor from every pour of Erthe’s hand. One would normally thing that he would have a sweating problem, but the freezing tempature and the vast volume of liquid leaving the Genesis Corporation Captain’s hand were enough to rule that option out. The water was warm on Android X’s face, and quite soothing on his bumps, cuts, and bruises that adorned the said face. Soon enough after a few brief moments Android X’s lips were free of the ice. With a firm grip, Erthe lifted the Android to his feet, and then offered Android X is hand in a shake. ”Well, my name is Erthe, How about yours friend?” The human politely asked, then awaited a reply. ”..Hold still..... this wont hurt much if any..... and you will be free again in a jiffy!.....” said the stranger's voice, sounding down ward into the android's cold, pinkish-hued ears. Android X closed his eyes, his eye balls rolling upward behind his tired eye lids in thought. He wondered who this stranger was,.. and how he had been so fortunate to receive help from the kind-stranger; not just once, but soon to be twice as the reassuring words had finally settled in the android's mind. He followed the voice's orders and held really still... his muscles, tendons and ligaments all tensing up extremely tight and holding the flexed and taut-manner for several moments. He awaited some sort of Touched By An Angel, bright-light-bull shit to scorch the front sides of his closed eye lids, letting him know that a miracle was indeed taking place; and his lips were indeed being freed from the freezing clutches of the angry ice. No bright light ever fell upon the android's eye lids however, and he released a soft exhale out ward through the partial opening between his stuck lips. The sigh was a slightly depressed one, as he felt that he may never get free from this slab of cold and may very well have to spend the remainder of his days, laying face down on this large snow-ball Planet; that he had not yet even had much chance to explore yet. Bummer... thought the android, his mind scuffing it's imaginary foot against the side walk in a slightly depressed-state. The thought of remaining stuck on the ground was a shitty one. There were so many things the android had yet to see... so many things he had yet to learn... and experience. He could not even imagine the enormous amount of new things that awaited him, and he cursed the cold shit that was hindering the forward-progress of his personal-growth-journey. Suddenly, a warm liquid began to splash against the android's cold face, his eyes rolling quickly behind closed eye lids at the sudden surprise and sensation on his skin. He breathed in ward deeply as the shock of the warm water took it's toll on his chilly exterior; slowly beginning to relax his skin and alleviate his lips' frozen-sadness. As the right corners of Android X's lips were suddenly freed from the ice sheet, his right eye lid parted, allowing for sight out of the one open-eye. His eye ball rolled upward as he tilted his head slightly and dropped his left shoulder, gaining an increase in the amount of things his eye could see.. ...The android immediately regretted this decision; as moments before he had been happily basking in the warm liquid that was slishing and splashing all over his face and lips... but now.. he had discovered the source of this warm liquid.... and it was worse than he could have imagined.. The kind-stranger, who had reassured him with a quick-tongue and gentle prose; had turned out to be... some sort of freak. Android X was on the verge of puking as he watched an extreme amount of sweat, pouring out of every pore of the stranger's hand, which was only inches away from the android's immobile face. The android's frozen lips attempted to churn and distort in disgusted expressions, but only the right half of them were able to achieve this and he looked like some sort of Evil-villain from a Batman movie... The android, could not believe... that this stranger, was sweating sooo much... and ALL over him! FUCK! thought the android as his right eye closed in terror, trying his hardest to wish away the terrible night mare and empty his mind of these gross images his right eye had unfortunately witnessed up close and personal. Finally, the android's lips pulled from the ice, the disgusting, hot sweat doing its part to help break the freezing water's hold on him. The android's head shook uncontrollably from side to side in a shivering manner, as he continued to keep his eyes closed and his lips flared out in a sickened, exclamation of his internal feelings. His facial expression had now gone from a Gotham City hoodlum, to an Alien creature, stalking Arnold through thick, humid jungles.... ...Thick and humid is right, cursed the android's brain, unable to let go of the overwhelming torture it had endured from the stranger. Without warning, the android's mind was pulled from it's stalemate by the strong hands of the stranger; as they tightened around the android's leather-jacket and pulled him away from the snow-covered ground, elevating him up to his feet. Android X relaxed his legs as he was picked up, allowing them to drop naturally under neath his torso and pelvis as he ascended. The new position of his legs allowed for structure as his weight came down upon them and he successfully achieved....standing. The android's hands opened quickly, his digits spreading to their extremes with his palms facing the ground. He did this in a preemptive manner to prevent any sort of unbalancing he might face, once the entirety of his weight had settled to his feet; which stood upon this treacherous, slick-surface that he had come to know, a little too well. After a few moments, the android decided it was okay to relax and he allowed his hands to slowly.... return to their natural-hang near the middle-sides of his thighs. The android's eyes rolled forward as movement came suddenly from the stranger before him. Android X's eyes darted from the stranger's face, to the incoming projectile that was blurring its way out ward from the stranger's mid section. As his eyes focused... he realized it was the stranger's arm moving toward him, with a hand extended out to him in an open and invitational manner. The android's mind immediately flashed images of the profuse, warm sweat, flooding from the same hand, just moments before...and his cheek muscles twitched slightly as his lips fought the urge to curl upward. The android's eyes had widened slightly, but he decided the worst had already come and relaxed his forehead; allowing his straining eye lids to rest and his mind to accept the friendly...sweaty-gesture. ”..Well..... my name is Erthe..How about yours friend.......?” said the stranger, his hand and question patiently-awaiting the android's slow response.. Android X's thoughts swirled for a brief second as the words rolled through his head... something about them seemed familiar... The android shook the thoughts from his head and he hesitated no longer, at long last making his decision. His left hand rose quickly from his hip, extending out ward and elevating toward the awaiting hand of the stranger. With a slight flick of his wrist, the android's finger tips tapped against the back side of the outstretched hand, in a returned... acknowledgment. Android X turned his left shoulder away from the onlooking eyes of the stranger ever so-slightly, as his left hand retreated quickly back to base. He wiped his finger tips vigorously back and forth against the material of his pant-leg, his mind obsessing over the horrific thought; that perhaps some of the hand's sweat had still managed to rub off on him.. Back to Base-ics Erthe watched as the Android rubbed his hand on his pant leg and wondered why exactly the android feared touching him. Erthe was unsure of exactly what to think, but decided to drop the subject before it ever got started. ”Well, I am on my way looking for my companies base. You are welcome to come with if you want.” Erthe offered as he turned and started looking around in several directions, as if in the process of searching for something directly that moment. After scanning the horizon in every direction, Erthe shook his head in frustration. ”That is I would be heading there if I knew exactly where it was at, I got separated from my base when I teleported here, so I kind of don’t know where it is at right now. So yeah, if you have nothing better to do then for sure, come on over. I can get you fixed right up and get you a meal if you are hungry. Any ways, I have to still find it first, though.” Erthe said with a shrug before starting to look around again. ”You have any idea which way is a good direction to start? I’m clueless, really.” Erthe said, but just as the words finished escaping his lips, Erthe found his answer. The communicator in his pocket was ringing. ”What, my communicator does not have enough range for anyone to contact me from off of Frost.” Erthe said, his surprise clearly showing on his face. ”This is Captain of the Third Squad of Genesis Corporation Erthe speaking.” Erthe said in to the communicator when he answered, unsure of what to expect after he answered. ”I know very well who you are. I would not have called you if I did not know who I was calling, would have I?” Mather’s voice replied through the communicator and even if the in formalness of Mather’s response angered Erthe to no ends, he decided to let it slide if only for this once time as he was overwhelmed by the joy of having a way to find the Genesis Corporation head quarters finally presented itself. ”Well, I had no way of knowing who you were, now did I? Well, reguradless, Where are you at? I was transported to the wrong area, and I am now unable to find my way back to head quarters.” Erthe said, his voice mixed with impatience with Mather for not telling him where to go right away, and excitement to finally be on his way. ”Oh, no problem, I just raise my power up for ten minutes, and you can follow it back to base. Better hurry, though, lunch is getting cold!” Mather said, and then the sounds of his happily chewing on some sort of food was heard through the communicator ”Okay, I’ll be there shortly!” Erthe informed then quickly closed the communicator. He then turned back to the Android he had rescued. ”Ah, well there is our answer, ready to go?” Erthe asked, with a smile. W/C: 507 Total W/C: 2749/2,500[109.96%] |

".........I can get you fixed right up and get you a meal if you are hungrrrrrrrRRRRRROOOOOOWWWWWWWLLLLLLLlllllll... The android's stomach interrupted the stranger's comment as the thought of eating tortured his intestines; pictures of chicken wings and milk shakes dancing a Conga-line in the android's mind. Android X's face went from a surprised, wide-eyed expression, to a very friendly; eager one. He almost resembled a dog who wanted to be let out side, and having heard the magic word.....Out.... was now dancing back and forth in anticipation for the realization of the promise. Android X nodded his head up and down profusely, his eyes darting back and forth across the snowy-horizon line; as though he wanted to help this stranger find their barrings and get to the grub as soon as possible. The android's advanced brain circuitry sparkled and popped, sending electrical impulses raging down through his nasal passage as he inhaled deeply through his stretched-nostrils. The android's ears throbbed slightly as he caught only the beginning of the stranger's out ward projecting sound... "......You have any idea which wa.........." heard the android; as he was already sprinting off in full-speed in the direction of the delicious smells of food his nose had picked up. The voice of the stranger decreased in volume as Android X tore off through the snow, his legs churning through the white-powder with intense speed and his mouth half-open, cocked in some crazed-looking smile of some sort... it was clear, he was hungry... FOOOOOOOOD, thought the android's mind in a constant prolonging of the 'O' sound as he leaned into his run, allowing him to move even faster. As he raced off across the country-side, away from the stranger; a giant cloud of snow flurries and mist kicked up behind him like a giant cloud of smoke emitting from the exhaust-pipe and spinning tires of a race car, as it revved at full-rpms; burning the rubber, before being thrown into gear and exploding off down the track. Auto Cooks = Kitchen Madness ”Ah, well there is our answer, ready to go?” Erthe asked, with a smile, but as he turned to face Android X, he found that the android was already on the hunt, running direction towards Mather’s power signature. ”Hey, Snuffles!” Erthe blurts, randomly spitting a name for the android, hoping to embarrass him into tell him his real name, eventually. ”How did you know it was that way?” Erthe finished asking, before leaping into the air and using his bukujutsu ability to fly after the rabid Android X. * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * ”Halt, intruder!” an armed guard shouted from the top of the walled gate that surrounded the Genesis Corporation Headquarters. The armed man had spotted Android X running towards the headquarters from some distance off, and only just now addressed the Android, who was now hopping up and down trying to enter into the base through the gate. The shout of the armed guard had aroused several more guards, all of which were now watching the Android in front of the gate. ”Identify yourself, Intruder. You are at the gates of the Genesis Corporation Headquarters of the Frost division! You have arrived announced and will not be permitted to enter the premises until granted proper access.” The Guard warned, but his words seemed to fall on deaf ears as far as the Android was concerned. Just then, Erthe arrived, landing on top of the guard tower next to the armed guard. ”Stand down!” Erthe said as his boots clanked against the hard wooden planks of the guard tower, his sudden arrival startling the guards for a brief moment. ”He is with me, open the gates and allow him access.” Erthe commanded of the armed guard. ”Oh, Captain Erthe, I did not know he was your guest. Please forgive me sir. I will open the gate right away, Sir.” The guard recited out quickly, before giving Erthe a salute and turning to do as the Genesis Corporation Captain had ordered. With his work in the tower done, Erthe jumped down from the tower, floating down to land next to Android X. ”When the gate opens, don’t run off again. I’ll have someone escort you to where ever it is that you want to go. Judging by the rabid look in your eyes, and the drool spilling from your mouth, I can only assume it is the kitchen you wish to go to. I will have my son lead you there quickly, as that is his favorite place to be as well.” Erthe said, and just as the last words escaped Erthe’s lips, the gate that blocked passage to the headquarters swung open to admit the battered duo. Not more then a dozen steps in, Mather’s beaming face appeared from around the corner of a guard building. ”Ah, you have arrived! The cafeteria is closed, you were too late.” Mather spouted, trying to raise the ire of his father, but as his eyes fell upon the android, his demeanor changed. ”Oh, who is this with you?” Mather asked with interest. ”This is Snuffles, or that is what I will call him until he tells me his true name. He does not seem to be much of a talker, so don’t bore him with a million questions. You are to lead him to the captain’s quarters, to our private kitchen. Once there, you are to monitor his activities to make sure he does not cause any trouble. Let him eat whatever he desires, then report to my office with him in tow.” Erthe instructed, before dismissing himself, and taking an alley way they past while he was talking, taking himself in the direction of his office building. ”Okay, well follow me then.” Mather said, while making a wide sweeping motion with his arm to signal Android X to follow his lead. * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * With the door swinging suddenly open, Erthe walked into his office. With a sigh of relief that nothing was disturbed, Erthe walked over to his desk, pulled the chair several feet away from the desk, and sat down in the chair. He then spun about to stair out of the windows behind him. The room was well lit as the light from Frost’s sun shone through the glass wall of this room. The rays of the sun was distorted by the glass, and thus tossed a thousand tiny rainbows on the floor and desk about the room. From each little rainbow on the floor with the visible streams of light from it to the window, and within those rays of golden light you could see the millions of particulates floating through the air of the room. The front edge of the room was two large windows stretching from the ceiling down to about knee level on an average person, with a sturdy wooden door between them. In both of the windows hung two cream color blinders, which hung easily between the windows and the room itself. The slats on the blinders were turned open as to give only the minor of an obstruction to the view in the room, and the door was ajar slightly, about a quarter of the way open. When standing in the center of the room and facing towards the door, the right wall was covered in a map the size of the entire wall. The map was marked in several pins and also had sticky notes placed near each pin with notes jotted on the tiny adhesive paper. The map appeared to be a very accurate portrait of the surface of the planet frost, with all the main villages and structures clearly labeled. The Left wall had a closed door in the center that was clearly labeled as a rest room. To the right of that door was a counter top with several creature comfort appliances: a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, a small sink and a microwave. To left of the door was several large industrial filing cabinets. Each was made of thick gray steel, and each was clearly locked with a large round lock in the top left corner of each drawer. In the center of the room was a rectangle table with two chairs on each side and one chair at each end. Papers and cream color folders covered the table in a random jumble. Finally just in front of the back glass wall was a desk with two chairs in front of the desk and one wheeled swiveling chair behind the desk. * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * The flickering of florecent lighting caused Mather to blink his eyes several times as the adjusted from the natural light that he was just in, to the artifical light that was now surrounding the man. Turning sideways to admit the Android, Mather then shut the door behind Android X with a slight click sound signaling the door has been fully closed. The personal kitchen of Genesis Corporation Captains was a large but squat stand alone building. One half of the building was a fully stocked kitchen, featuring a dozen robot, arm like machines known as ‘auto cooks.’ Each auto cook was set on a track that ran width and berth of the kitchen, allowing the auto cook to reach all of the equipment and supply rooms that the kitchen featured. On the other side of the building, was a dinning room set to seat around forty people at a moments notice. Four large and elegant tables filled the area, each set to seat ten. Mather turned to Android X and smiled. ”Well Snuffles. Just go up to that monitor over there” Mather waved his arm towards a large computer screen set at the end of one of the counters. ”Type in what you wish to eat, and the auto cooks will have it ready for you in about a minute. Don’t ask me how, Erthe doesn’t allow me to eat here very often, but they will. Have at it, and enjoy.” Mather said with his goofy looking smile pasted across his face. ”.....Type in what you wish to eat......and the auto cooks will have it ready for you in about a minute..... ......Don’t ask me how..... .......Erthe doesn’t allow me to eat here very often.....but they will..... ..Have at it..and enjoy.....” Android X's mind comprehended the words from the kid with the goofy grin, and in turn he nodded his forehead slightly forward. The android's eyes darted around the room, watching as all the mechanical arms ran about in their respective-tracks, bending and rotating, whirring and clanging. The android was reminded of himself in some ways... and of his mind, which was in a constant state of motion and noise-making. His eyes rolled in wonder and amazement as the arms moved this way and that, gliding around one another in seamless fashion and with pinpoint precision. Wow, thought the android, who was aw-struck. These things were going all out and he had not even placed his order yet. He could not wait to see what sort of crazy dance they would do when he punched his order into the monitor... With the curiosity getting to the android, as well as his constantly reminding hunger pains; he turned his attention toward the monitor which he had been directed toward to begin with. Android X took a step toward it, but did not realize that his legs had become slightly crossed in his turning and admiring of the machinery in the kitchen... As his foot tried to lift and move forward, it caught against the side of his opposite leg, hooking his foot around his ankle and lower calf. As he pulled his knee into the step, trying to move forward like normal, his balance was quickly fucked up and he began to fall forward. With quick, cat-like reflexes, the android ripped his foot out from behind his leg and threw it at the ground in an attempt to catch his balance and stabilize himself. It was too late... and as the android's eyes closed in preparation for the impact to come, his body lunged forward and his head smashed straight through the expensive-looking screen of the Food-Order monitor. Android X's heavy head smashed through the glass of the screen with tremendous force and momentum, sending him all the way up to his shoulders as he pushed into the computer screen. As his shoulders knocked against the front of the monitor, his head stopped moving forward and now his flailing legs had the chance to plummet to the ground. AS his lower body left from under neath him, his arms raced up in reaction to try and hold himself up. His hands closed quickly around the sides of the monitor that his head was in and he yanked hard to try and keep from falling down. As he pulled, the supports that kept the monitor hanging from the ceiling and the wires that ran along it; all ripped down with a loud, destructive-noise. Android X pulled harder, still trying to keep from falling and brought the entire assembly, crashing-down on top of him, his head still trapped inside the monitor's box. The android collapsed to the ground with a loud thud and crunching noise, followed by the smashing noises of all the computer software and components that followed him to the floor. Android X lay on the ground, motionless with a computer screen for a head and his body twitching every so gently across the debris-filled kitchen floor.... ...As he lay there, his blurry, stunned mind began to wonder... what sort of order he had placed. The android's stomach groaned louder than before... as he continued to lay on the ground, his eyes rolling circles in his skull and his mind half-shorted out from the electrical impulses that had zapped into his forehead upon penetrating through the monitor's screen. Android X smelled something on fire... and his eye lids shot open, darting left and right to try and see where the flames were emitting from. His hands gathered themselves together and ran up along the floor, coming to rest around the surface of the computer screen. With a hard shove, the android pulled his head out and pushed against the monitor, flinging it with great velocity into the far wall of the kitchen. As his head emerged from the darkness, he watched as the heavy computer screen flung through the air and smashed straight into one of the robotic arms that was on the wall. Android X marveled at the sight, as the robotic-arm appeared to actually almost try and catch the monitor; it's robotic hand rotating and opening quickly as the monitor approached. The force was too great however, and the screen crushed into the robotic arm, smashing it up against the wall and breaking it's metal linkage to the track. The android shook his head, trying to get the cob-webs out and the stars to go away; as the destroyed computer-screen and robotic arm banged to the floor with complete disregard for the kitchen's fragile tile floor, cracking several squares as they landed. Android X's mouth fell open in a half-humored, half-terrified look at the sight of the destruction of the once beautiful, spotless kitchen. In the next instant, the remaining robotic arms on the walls all stopped what they were doing, halting all motion in the room. The android's eyes widened at the sudden stoppage of movement and his mind raced in wonder at what was about to go down... He sat quietly on the floor, looking forward, waiting... His stomach, growing very... impatient. WC: 928 TWC: 4,689/2,500 |

What? You expect a catchy title every time? Nodding to the Android, Mather waited for him to place an order and consume his meal, before reporting back to Erthe in his office. So it came to a utter surprise to Mather when the Android started to trip and fall. Mather’s hands shot out to try and catch the android by the shoulders, but he failed miserably. With his epic failure complete, Mather was left to just stand and watch Android X reeked havoc on the multi-thousand of dollars ordering center. It all happen in the blink of an eye, and all Mather could do was ‘oooh’ at Android X ”You are going to be in so much trouble! Erthe is going to kill you! Oh wait, never mind, some how this is going to get pinned on me, Erthe is so going to kill me!” Mather said as he started to prance back and forth around the kitchen Then suddenly the monitor shot across the room and crashed through one of the auto cook arm. ”What is wrong with you! You are tearing the place up! Quit it!” Mather shouted as he skidded across the kitchen to the emergency shut down switch. Slamming the switch, Mather sighed in relief. ”Well, at least that is over now. I guess I will have to get you some food from the Cafeteria. It is closed now, but the cook always has some food reserved for me for later in the day. I think she has the hots for me to be honest.” Mather said with a smile on his face. ”Wait here, and ill be right back with some food. Don’t move.” Mather said, before running from the kitchen * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * Carrying six trays, two on each arm and one on each shoulder and finally two pitchers grasped in each hand, Mather returned to the Captain’s Kitchen not long after he left. ”I wasn’t sure what you liked, so I got some of everything. We got some Chicken wings, Fried Chicken, Steak and Mashed potatoes, Barbeque Ribs, Pork chips, Cheese Burger and Fries, and Pizza, you know, the works.” Mather said as he placed the two pitches on the table in front of Android X. ”Also, you’re an android, right? So I wasn’t sure what you drink. Here is a pitcher of beer, and that..” Mather said while pointing to a pitcher of clear but stinking liquid. ”Is motor oil. I was not exactly sure what you’d go for. So yeah, Enjoy.” W/C: 435 Total W/C: 4576/2,500 |

....and that..” said the familiar voice who had just brought the android a shit ton of food. By the time these words came propelling forward from the mouth of the delivery boy, Android X had successfully consumed the delicious spicy chicken wings, the slightly over-cooked fried chicken, three-fourths of the steak, which was a little too bloody for his taste, the mashed potatoes, which could have used a little Less mashing; thought the android briefly as he had woofed through the runny white goop, the barbecue ribs, which were more rib than barbecued-meat, the pork chips, the cheese burger; with the fries stuffed inside of it, wedged between the bun and the succulent, juicy meat patty. The pizza, however, the android had not yet touched.... ”.......Is motor oil..... I was not exactly sure what you’d go for... So yeah.. Enjoy.....” the voice finally concluded. The android had not lied about having been hungry... and now that he sat at the table; a mass of food remnants and dirty dishes piled every where, he leaned back in his chair softly, allowing his stomach to expand a little and relieve some pressure on his intestines. Android X closed his eyes, rolling them back in his skull slightly as he reminisced over the delicious meal he had just gobbled-down in record time. He opened one eye slightly, cracking his eye lids apart and peered on ward at the giant Pizza that remained on the table before him... untouched. All of the other food had gone down without a hitch, but the pizza, suspected the android... was a trap. Android X remained calm, closing his eye again slowly, and licking his lips, his hands falling across the upper portion of his stomach and sliding back and forth slowly and softly as he encouraged his food to move down ward toward his bowels. The android felt so full that he raised his arms up over his head and collapsed his hands behind the back of his skull.. resting for several long moments and just focusing on his breathing... His swollen stomach and chest rose and fell in deep, long breaths as his mind pondered some newly presented questions. His internal workings went round and round, deciding what to do next... and how to go about doing it. The android had been thankful for the meal and for the kind hospitality. After all the Frost Planet was fucking cold as a bitch's tit, joining the Polar Bear Club in the middle of January... and the inside of this HQ.. particularly this food hall.. was WARM. The android remained quiet, sitting at the table... his mind calculating different causes.. and their opposite-ended effects. Only time would tell... what he had chosen to do. Target: The Frozen Tower Mather gives a slight chuckle as Android X leans back in his chair, obviously finished with his meal before Mather could finish his thought. ”Oh, done all ready? Hmm, I think that might be a world record or something. Glad I brought enough. You seemed like that type of fellow; I kind of know these things.” Mather said, before flicking a near by switch on the wall. The switch had no apparent effect on anything. ”Oh, you left the pizza? What you don’t like pizza or something? Well, I don’t mind of I do.” Mather says after scooping the pizza up in one arm, he pulled off a slice and started munching. Halfway though the slice, Mather seemed to remember what he had to do next. ”Oh, we have to go see Erthe. He wanted us to report to his office.” Mather said, and with the Pizza cradled in one arm, the remainder of the slice hanging from his mouth, Mather used his one free hand to ‘help’ Android X up by the crook of his arm, and lead him in the direction towards Erthe’s office. * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * Three solid knocks resounded through Erthe’s office as someone obviously was requesting entrance into his office. The sound quickly faded into nothingness as Erthe waited a few moments to respond. After the desired pause, Erthe’s lips parted like the red sea, and instead of Hebrew people running out, it was these words: ”You may enter” Erthe said, his words echoing gently off the walls. As the sound faded from his words, the door swung open and the two people had been waiting for stepped through the door; Penn and Teller. Wait, no, I mean Android X and Mather. As the two stood waiting for instructions, Erthe waved for them to sit in the chairs provided in front of Erthe’s desk. Mather shook his head at the motion, though. ”I rather stand. I know what those chairs can do, and I don’t feel like not being able to sit down for another month. If it’s all the same, I’m standing.” Mather replied, and he set a hand on Android X’s shoulder, telling the mute android that he should probably stand as well. ”Fine, have it your way.” Erthe said before leaning forward and placing his elbows on his desk. He then lined each of his fingers up, the tips of each one tapping each other for a two count of a beat, then on the third tap, the finger tips missed each other and instead hit the spaces between each finger tips. The rhythmical motions of Erthe’s hands seemed like some sort of whimsical fingertip waltz as Erthe stared intently at the standing duo. ”I did some research while you two were feeding your faces. I saw a tower right before I met you, Snuffles.” Erthe stated, using his pet name for the Android stray. ”At first I figured the tower was a local’s home, or something, but after thinking it over, the tower continued to haunt me. Something about it just was not right. So I researched the tower. I found out that the tower was a local legend. It is named the “Frozen Tower” and it is rumored that there is a item of untold value at the top of the tower, but each level of the tower is defended by unspeakable dangers. I am thinking that we three should go give the tower a visit.” Erthe said with a sinister smile. ”What do you say?” W/C: 606 Total W/C: 5182/2,500 |

Android X's eyes flashed in focus as he saw the stranger sitting at the desk's fingers miss their landings and fall between the meaty columns. The android's mind shouted... NOW! but he stood quietly... and motionless. The quick moment of uncoordinated-show by the man at the desk, elevated the android's heart beat and his pulse began to throb in his temples and wrists. Android X closed his eyes slowly, rolling the balls back behind the descending and ascending lids as they sheltered his sensitive pupils... "......It is named the ....Frozen Tower....... and it is rumored that there is an item of No Value at the top of the tower......" No Value? thought the android... why would any one be slightly interested in an item of no value? Android X began to tune out, the effects of his earlier gorging, starting to take their toll on his intestines and surrounding soft tissue. The android had become a little bloated... and a little bloated was due to being a little... gassy. As the android shimmied for a quick step, he stretched his arms up ward toward the ceiling to divert attention from his silent... drawn out flatulence. After a few moments the android cocked his head strangely in the direction of the standing man to his left. Android X's eye brow raised and his face suddenly crinkled as though he had just smelled something absolutely foul and terrible. The android's neck recoiled away from the man standing by him and his head dipped back ward as though trying to get away. He took a few steps back ward, moving away from the man and as his arms lowered from above his head, he began wafting the apparent-stinky-aroma back in the direction of it's supposed-deliverer. "......but each level of the tower is defended by unspeakable dangers......" The android's ears throbbed slightly as the person at the desk kept talking, speaking of this worthless shit hole of a freezing-balls tower with some treasure at the top that wasn't worth a dime!! Android X's mind and face showed similar confusion and distaste for the words and the smell that was stinging his nostrils.. "........I am thinking that we three.... should go give the tower a visit........” said the person at the desk with a weird ass lookin smile on his face. The android opened his eyes, looking at the man behind the desk. As he noticed his lips; he sensed some evil behind the strange expression and he swallowed hard, his Adam's apple rushing upward into his throat and then descending back to it's normal position after helping the saliva into the abyss. ”..........What do you say?.........” The android did not say anything... and his eyes darted from the man behind the desk to the man next to him.. waiting for them to spring some kind of trap on him. Nothing happened and the android stood there quietly, his mind racing and his senses peaked. Suddenly, he inhaled through his nose and caught a wif of the disgusting barbecue-fart flavored methane gas that was still lingering in the air. Android X imagined for a quick moment that if the gas had been visible to the naked eye, it might have appeared as a giant cloud of green and brown fumes, all swirling about in a small area, but not dispersing throughout the room like they should. Very peculiar thought the android to himself as he tried to constrict the amount of air that flowed in through his nostrils, but was equally worried about the taste of the noxious-fumes coming to rest upon his tongue. What a pickle... thought the android as the smell began to overwhelm his mind and his senses all together. The android's eyes widened and he slapped his right hand over his mouth quickly, the ridge of his index finger pressing tightly up against the bottom of his nose to try and cover the nasal passages. The android looked toward the man sitting at the desk and then, he saw it.... his way out. Behind the man was a transparent-looking wall, which was made up of two giant windows... some funky ass blinds hanging from them. At first the android had not noticed the windows due to the blinds hanging in the way, since they were parted only-slightly. However now that he was in a panic, his survival-sense kicked in and allowed his eyes to focus on extreme details like never-before. The sight of the glass behind the hanging blinds was all the android needed as he suddenly clenched the muscles in his right leg and raised his knee. The movement started the android off in a forward motion, the rising of his leg causing him to lean forward and force him to move. As he dipped his head into the effort, his body began to dash; quickly toward the desk in front of him. With a couple brilliant, lightning-fast steps, the android covered the distance, lunged up onto the desk, and then pushed with all his leg's might to propel his body toward the large sheets of glass. The android had not known, however; that they were large... reinforced, sheets of glass. As Android X slid down the see-through plane, his skin stuck to the glass and caused friction, making a terrible squeaking sound as the android descended down ward. The android's mind was blurry and stunned.. again. The android's thought spun round and round each other amidst the stars and other happy critters and food that danced around his dazed head. His eyes rolled forward finally, as he came to rest on the floor at the bottom of the windows, his back falling to rest against the knee-height wall that came up to meet the glass. Android X looked forward at the man standing across the room, whom he had been next to only seconds before; and then at the man sitting in the chair in front of him. The android's eyes showed signs of extreme dizziness, trying hard not to blow chunks all over the back of the stranger in the chair. His attempts to suppress the vomit.... were...... ..... . .... .......successful, as the android dug deep and swallowed the puke back down. Close one.. thought the android, trying to lap the fowl taste of rancid bile mixed with french fries from his mouth. The android needed some fresh-air, and he needed it fast. He remembered the question that had been asked last, before his amazing acrobatics routine.. and with a slow exhale out ward, he dropped his forehead toward the men, as though to say he was in... Journey the Top of the Frozen Tower Erthe waited patiently for the Android to give some indication that he would agree to venture to the tower with the father and son combination of Genesis Corporation Agents. Erthe did not want to play around for to long, as he wished to get to the tower and scale to the top as quickly as he could, because Erthe had other pressing matters to attend to while he was still on Frost. If Everything worked out properly for Erthe, his most trusted agent, Chath, should be arriving on Frost in the next few days, and Erthe would be able to track down the freelance rare hunter that he had contracted to search for certain Frost rare items for him When Erthe returned his focus back to the Android standing next to Mather, he noticed that the Android had some sort of queer looking look on his face, and was apparently holding his breath, or something along that line of thought. Erthe was not exactly sure what the Android was doing, but he knew that the Android was indeed taking his sweet time in deciding whether he would accompany Mather and Erthe or not. So it came to a complete surprise to Erthe when Android X charged at his desk, jumped onto his desk top, then leapt at his window, crashing into the blind. Erthe’s first reaction was to push off against his desk, propelling his wheeled chair and his body away from the desk, and several feet to the side away from the Android’s crashing point. Erthe could not help but chuckle slightly at the sight of Android X sliding down his reinforced windows, even through the anger that he felt at the assault on his desk top items and blinders. ”You would not be silly enough to think that a Captain of Genesis Corporation would sit in front of a massively large wall of glass, his back exposed to every assassin and evil doer that would wish to do him harm without some sort of precaution? Yes, indeed, that wall is reinforced glass, specially designed to withstand nearly any force one could throw at it. Matter of fact, you could fly a space craft into that glass wall and the surrounding walls of the building would give away before the glass wall itself would. So yes, it was quite fool hardy of you to think you could have escaped that way when the door right behind you was fully unlocked and free of any sort of deterrent to use it. I am a man of honor and integrity, and I do not need cheep parlor tricks to harm others. If I was ever in need of eliminating you, my hands would work perfectly for the job. That is neither here, nor there; though, and we have a tower to raid. So now that you have agreed to accompany us, I think it is well past time for our departure for the tower. So without further ado, lets begin our journey to the top of the Frozen Tower" * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * After finally making it out of the Genesis Corporation Headquarters with just a few minor incidents, it was not more then twenty – five minutes before they stood in front of the tower that was known as ‘The Frozen Tower.’ Erthe led the way, with Mather close on his heels, both keeping a wide birth from Android X’s seemingly endless tornado of clumsy destruction. With their destination finally in sight, Erthe nearly forgot about the other two who were with him. The continued dance of sugar plum ferries and other nice things that Erthe’s subconscious mind dreamt up. Each of the three adventurers had imagined the things that may be at the top of the tower. For Erthe, his mind dreamt up a continuous flow of priceless items, long forgotten techniques and unimaginable power. Each time Erthe thought of something that could grant him power and riches beyond his imagination, his mind dreamt up another thing even greater and more powerful then the last. Eventually Erthe concluded that nothing but a set of powerful dragonballs could be at the top of the tower, and the guardian would have to be an ancient namekian of unimaginable power. Unknown to Erthe, Mather’s dreams of the prize at the end of the tower was far different that of his father. Sugar Plum ferries did not dance in Mather’s head, but instead, Sugar Plums themselves. Mather imagined the most impressive all you can eat buffet ever created. All the greatest dishes, made by the greatest chefs the world have ever known would be in not only the twelfth floor, but the eleventh as well. Amazing dishes from all over the universe would tickle his tong while the most beautiful women ever known to man kind would serve on him, hand and foot, taking care of his every whim and want. Yes, I Mather’s mind, the top two floors would be well worth the hassle bottom ten. Lastly, and unknown by both of the previous, Android X was convinced there was an item of no value atop the tower, and that he was forced along just to avoid Mather’s supposed ass funk, which there was no other apparent escape from. The Tower itself, though, was almost impressive as the imagined rewards at its end. It stood well over a hundred and twenty feet tall from it’s very large base to the very tip it’s highest point. Skeletal tress stood all around the base of the tower, like undead sentinels guarding the entrance to this unhallowed shrine of might and unspeakable horrors. Each branch on the tree stretched wildly from the trunk, crooked and misshapen by time and the wear of Frost’s clement, and each limb off of those branches looked like undead fingers reaching and grasping for the life that it never had, the life that Frost had stolen from it. A single door set in the side of the stone structure was the only apparent entrance, and the gothic design of the building led for long narrow windows, each far to small for even the smallest of the group to squeeze through. Finally just steps from the Tower, Erthe smiled and turned to face the other two. ”Let our Journey to the top of the Frozen Tower, begin.” W/C: 1077 Total W/C: 6258/2,500 [/color] The Frozen Tower |

"......So without further ado....." spoke the man in the chair, looking down at Android X, who was still dazed on the floor; ".......lets begin our journey to the top..... of the Frozen Tower.." The android's mind was a blur of words and images, all of which consisted of this retarded, freezing building out in the middle of a frozen wasteland, that they would now be hiking for probably around a half-an hour at Least, just to get to it.. before going inside... and climbing up a bunch of stupid flights of icy-stairs, only to find that there was some piece of crap sitting in the middle of some breezy-room on the twelfth-floor... What a waste, thought the android, as he followed the men out of the office; through the unlocked, unobstructed, perfectly-good-for-getting-out-of-the-room-in-a-quick-hurry-to-avoid-fart-stinkage-and-other-foul-odors-door. Almost a half-a-fucking hour later, the android's tired legs, found rest; when his eyes noticed the halting progress of the legs in front of him.. his head angled down ward as to only see the snow and the foot prints in it that he was following for the majority of the walk. As the motionless legs came into the top of his view, he angled his chin up ward, allowing his eyes to see and his horizons to broaden. Android X's legs stopped quickly, but his heavy torso had other things in mind... continuing to lurch forward and causing the android's locked legs to slip. Aw FU...thought the android, his four-letter thought cut in half by the reuniting of his face, with the cold white powder below. Once again, the android.. had fallen down... and once again, he had successfully white-washed himself. The android exhaled deeply, his warm breath gusting out against the cold snow, which was now packed firmly from the impact of his hard head against it's previously-soft composure. After several long.. painfully cold moments of laying face down in the white shit, Android X lifted his head away from the snow slowly, cautiously awaiting the snagging of his lips against his up ward pull. The android's head rose freely, and he exhaled softly in thanks, that he had not met the same fate as before... ...knowing very well, what it had taken to get him unstuck the first time.... The android swallowed hard, trying to launch a pre-emptive strike against the puke that was considering launching itself up his throat and out of his mouth. He worked his way up to his knees, using his hands to push himself away from the ground, and gain some altitude. The android's eyes rolled forward, a rush of dizziness and heat washing over his face. His eyes fell upon the familiar legs, that were still standing in front of him and his cheeks swelled and contracted as he dry heaved.... ....As uncontrollable flashes of the horrific sight his right eye had gazed upon earlier in time, penetrated his every sense; Android X could unfortunately.... not hold the vomit back....any longer. Android X's eyes slammed shut and his throat muscles flexed with extreme force, the veins and tendons running from his shoulders and chest up to his head all bulging beneath the thin layer of chilly-skin that covered his neck. The puke erupted forth like an exploding geyser; showering the back of the legs in front of him in disgusting, stinky puke. The android's first projectile wave was complete, and he opened his eyes, gasping heavily for air and some sort of rescue for his quickly diminishing great-reputation. There was none to be found, air nor rescue; as the android's gaze fell upon a full formed french-fry, sticking to the back of the man's leg in front of him, soaked in bile and saliva. Android X's lips quivered in a disgusted manner and his stomach and brain seconded the motion simultaneously, working together to bring more puke from the android's mouth. This time, the android's eyes remained open, a terrified look instilled in them as he watched his puke travel through the air from a very disturbing first-person perspective. He watched, as the cold air around the liquid and solid mixture, acted against the warm throw-up; causing transparent waves of steam to rise from the forward traveling mess. The puke hit home again, washing the legs in a thick layer of beige with little speckles of light red dabbed about the abstract-canvas... Android X's eyes rolled up ward into his skull, darkness consuming his vision, and he felt as though he was going to faint, falling to his right-side in the cold snow, his torso coming to rest atop his crunched right arm; folded awkwardly under neath him. The android's left eye opened slightly, a small gap in his eye lids allowing his extremely dilated pupil to peer out through the dark lashes that imprisoned it... He saw four legs in his view.. two of which were covered in slime, and two of which were clean. As the clean ones turned and faces their knee caps toward the android on the ground; his ears throbbed, picking up vibrations in the air, and processing the auditory-information into understandable words for his thrashed-mind.. ".....Let our Journey to the top..... of the Frozen Tower...... begin...." registered the android's brain; throbbing and percolating brain fluid and bloody-discharge...feeling as though, it had heard those words before. At this rate, he would surely hear this statement again, before they had even made it inside the freezing shit hole; thought Android X, as his left eye closed and he passed out.. androidxjunkie: ur sweaty hands . . . they just . . . >_< ”Let our Journey to the top of the Frozen Tower, begin.” Erthe said as he turned to face the two standing behind him. To his surprise, He found Android X on all fours, both knees and hands buried deep in to the snow of Frost. A trail of puke was trailing from Android X’s prone form to the back of a rather upset looking Mather’s legs. The fury in Mather’s eyes told the entire story, and Erthe knew that he would have to intervine to prevent a potentially bad situation. ”Urgh! You worthless puking pile a bolts! What did you do that for?” Mather roared, his rage quickly building to critical levels, Erthe knew he had to step in now. ”Mather, stand down.” Erthe barked, his order firm and his body posture showing now room for argument. ”But, he just pu…” Mather started to argue, his fist tightly clenched at his sides and the veins in his temples bulging with his rage. ”I am well aware of the situation, and I know how unpleasant the situation is for one in your position of this situation, but, that be it as it may does not give you the right to lose your cool. You are to report back to your private quarters in the Genesis Corporation Headquarters, you are to change your clothing, and report back here and find our location in the tower. You are dismissed.” Erthe said, and with a slight shake of his head, and a glare at Android X, Mather saluted Erthe, then turned and started making the trek back towards where they had come from, in pursuit of new clothing. * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * Half an hour later, and several dry gags later as the smell of the bile on his pants started to get to Mather, the young Genesis Corporation Agent arrived back at his small house inside the walls of Genesis Corporation Headquarters. Upon entering the building, Mather quickly stripped down to his undergarments and placed the soiled clothing in a hammer that was near the entrance to his rest room. Mather continued on into the rest room without stopping or even slowing. Once inside the rest room, the sound of running water soon filled the entire house, followed by the very distinct sound of small metal rings rubbing across a metal pole. * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * With Mather a few dozen feet from the duo of tower adventurers, Erthe turned to face the only entrance of the tower. ”Well, I think it is finally time to start this adventure out. I will take the first floor to myself, if you don’t mind. So stand back, and watch what a Genesis Corporation Captain can do. So sit back, and try not to be blown away, Scruffy.” Erthe said, inadvertently changing the nick name he had given to Android X. ”Now stand back, I am going to open this door the good old fashion way; with force.” Erthe warned, and then he struck a pose with his right hand clenched in front of him bent at the elbow but with the elbow still by his side. Then slowly some liquid begun to pour from Erthe’s fist, and to android x, it appeared the super sweating hand was making a return to the scene. Quicker and quicker water begun to poor off of Erthe’s hand and forearm, until finally a sizable pool was at his feet. This pool, however, did not freeze like one would first imagine, but instead formed a column up to Erthe’s fist. Erthe then thrust his first forward towards the door, and a water cannon shot forth from his fist, and pounded in to the door with extreme force, knocking the door straight off of it’s hinges. With the water free from Erthe’s grasp, the receding wave of water exiting the tower begun to quickly show signs of freezing, and formed an almost ice staircase into the tower. Strutting forward, Erthe entered the tower, his confidence at an all time high. * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * Walking from the rest room, Mather was completely naked except for a single white towel wrapped around his waist. Mather walked directly from his rest room to behind a screen. After he walked behind the screen, the white towel was hung over the screen and the very next second Mather walked out form behind the screen, fully dressed. ”That Android wants to puke on me? Well, I have just the things for him! I’ll pour some of this stuff on to him.” Mather said to himself, a sly grin crossing his face, as he walked over to a desk near the door. In the top drawer, Mather removed to vials from a drawer full of organized vials. One vial was clearly labeled as ‘itching powder’ and the other was ‘burn powder’ a sinister blend of chemicals that were completely harmless, except for the fact that when it came in to contact with skin, it caused a sensation very similar to that of your flesh being burnt off of your body for several long minutes. ”Yes, these two will do the trick just fine, I think. Now just to get back to the tower.” Mather said before bellowing an evil laugh as he walked out of the door to his ‘house’. * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * * ~ * Several feet into the first level of the tower, Erthe was not nearly as confidant as he was entering. Upon entering the first level of the tower, Erthe found a large humid jungle filling the room. Several large bugs the size of song birds buzzed around the room, and many of the plants had razor sharp thorns on them. Aside from that, though, nothing of any real danger showed it self. The only ‘obstacle’ found in the room was trying to locate the stairs to continue higher into the tower. After several long minutes of crashing through heavy jungle brush, Erthe finally found a vine that straight down from the ceiling, with several large coils of the vine lying on the floor, as if the vine was a rope. Sure enough, at the top of the vine was a trap door, which clearly led to the next floor. ”Ah ha! This isn’t that hard, there is the door to the next level, lets get up there and get this show on the road. “ Erthe said as he walked up to the vine and grabbed it checking it for stability for the climb up to the ceiling. After several test tugs, Erthe was satisfied and then quickly begun to scale up the vine. Half way up the fifteen or so foot climb, though, the vine seemed to come to life. The several dozen coils on the ground quickly coiled upwards, wrapping themselves around Erthe, binding his arms and legs firmly around his body. ”Urgh! What kind of vile trick is this? Urgh! I am trapped.” Erthe said, as he started to struggle to free himself. As Erthe finally got one arm free, the end of the vine twisted up, a large gaping maw started to snake its way towards Erthe’s head. Out of reaction alone, Erthe blasted a fist of ki towards the vine, blasting the end of the vine, which was the maw, off of the vine. With the ‘brain’ of the vine destroyed, the vine fell limp and released Erthe, and as quickly as the battle had started, it ended. The vine was no match for Erthe, but it was a sinister trick, and if that was the first challenge, the next eleven were going to begin to get very challenging to over come. Free from the grasp of the vine, Erthe quickly finished his climb and released the trap door, he then dropped to the floor, landing lightly on his feet. ”There we go, after you, Scruffy.” w/c: 1377 Total W/C: 7535/10,000 |

It's Snuffles, thought the android with a glazed, half-comatose look in his eyes.... which suddenly became a crazed, hope less dose of holy shit I just seen a ghost-look in his eyes... when, to his surprise; his strong, sturdy thighs, became weak and he real-ized, that when Erthe had landed on the floor next to him, from up, high, it had weakened the foundation below the two, guys, and with a loud cracking, breaking free sound that penetrated the android's ears, and not his, eyes, the floor gave way and the pair plummeted into a black hole.... with heavy, sighs ![]() As Android X crashed to the ground with incredible force, slamming down on his right shoulder and knocking his forward-whipping skull against the hard ground; his eyes rolled in his head and he felt like he was going to vomit again. A mild, no.. a severe concussion had been the android's reward for taking the long drop so elegantly.. The android had not had the chance to see how the stranger dude had made out with his descent, but the android was a little too preoccupied with a mass of spinning stars to take notice of much of anything. After a good.. ten... fifteen minutes, of laying folded up and concupiscent for cheese sandwiches; his spinning-mind began to slow, and return his senses to normal. Android X sat up quickly, and his eyes darted up, left, right, left again, up again, forward, down, right again, up one more time, and then left for the third and final time. This frantic sight-seeing-extravaganza did not help the android's dizziness what so ever and the puking feeling began to grow again in his throat and stomach. With his jaws aching and his tongue salivating, Android X tried to focus on his breathing.. soft in ward and out ward breaths to get his body under control.... once this was achieved he could try on his mind.. and once those two were in alignment, his spirit would be sure to follow suit and wrap the whole thing up neatly. The process was agonizingly long and drawn out, and the android began to grow bored of waiting for himself to find center. Maybe it would come to him later, he thought as he slowly lowered his hands to the ground on either sides of his hips. With a quick shove, the android propelled himself up ward off the ground. As he rose, his legs extended under neath his torso and he looked with great focus down ward, preparing to land in style. This time, it WORKED! and the android found himself moments later, standing in a styling pose, on two, sturdy legs. The android could not believe it and for a brief moment he considered the notion of this being a painful delusion, when in reality he had probably fouled up the landing attempt and smacked his face hard against the unforgiving floor. ...No, thought he android, He had really done it! He blinked his eyes several times to make sure, and finally his left hand rose to his cheek. He pinched hard at the skin, digging the side of his index-finger's middle-knuckle into the top of his cheek, while the tip of his thumb bore into the bottom portion of the skin fold. The pinch was intense and the android had not been ripped from his dream land and forced to face a devastating, agonizing, head ache inducing reality. This was fantastic, though the android, as his lips rose slightly in approval. He was getting back to normal now.. and it would not be long, before he would progress to the next level!... logical-thought process. Android X turned his gaze toward the rear, searching for signs of the missing stranger, who had only moments before been right beside him. What the hell thought he android, where was this guy? When the floor had given out, the android thought for sure he had seen the man beside him start to fall as well... but from the looks of things, the man had disappeared all together. Very peculiar, thought the android to himself... his eyes still roaming the darkness of his new location... hoping he would spot something new in the space that he had already examined several times without new discovery. ...Suddenly the android's Ki Sense sparked up and he threw the top of his head back ward, propelling his chin to ward the ceiling; which the android now realized, was only a foot above his head. The android stood up straight, and his head actually peaked up out of the hole and allowed him to look around at the Thick, Humid Jungle of the First Floor. Well this looks awfully familiar, though Android X, his eyes searching about to the left as his head slowly panned across the Leafy-view to the right. As his head came around to his right side, the android's eyes caught sight of what appeared to be... feet. Android X focused hard on the new obstruction in his other wise unhindered cone of vision... As he continued to focus, he inhaled deeply, allowing a surge of oxygen to flow to his starving brain and provide for some assistance in deciding what was going on. As the oxygen soaked in to the receptors in his mind, his brain was able to process some basic ideologies and help to alleviate the android's constant struggle... to think. Ah yes, Android X finally gathered. These... were the feet of the stranger... the one who he had come on this journey with, the one he had entered this frozen shit-hole with... the one, he had... fallen with? As the android studied the scene, surveying the position of the familiar-stranger's feet, and the location of the large hole he was standing in... he made his conclusion. A Miracle! decided the android, who was absolutely blown-away at his findings. This stranger, had been so fast, and so receptive, that he had been able to avoid the painful plummet that the android had endured... The android gathered that the stranger had simply... stepped to the side, as the floor had buckled and given way beneath the android. As the android had fallen victim to the harshness of gravity and the mean floor's weak composure; the man had avoided the event all together, and simply watched the android's descent, from above. Damn, he thought... realizing slowly now, that the stranger had no doubt been watching him for those ten or fifteen minutes that he lay with his face pressed into the ground. Then a feeling of relief suddenly washed all the android's problems away. He remembered!... he had Stuck..the... LANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Android X's eyes shimmered with a new found, and greatly welcomed, optimism; as he looked up at the face of the man standing above him and smiled. the... LANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh My God, he stuck the landing! Falling down from the vine after throwing the trap door open, Erthe landed on the floor next to the one known as Android X. ” There we go, after you, Snuffles.” Erthe said, as he waved his hand upwards to the trap door above them, indicating that Android X was to lead the way. Suddenly, though, Erthe heard the distinct sounds of the floor supports cracking below his feet. With a surprised look on his face, Erthe looked down at the floor at his feet, the cracks slowly being to form in a large circle around the tower invading duo. Stepping outside of the circle that was forming on the floor, Erthe then watched the floor give away and Android X fall several feet below to crash onto the ground below the foundation of the tower. The android lied down in the whole for a quarter of an hour or so, not moving much at all. ”Hello Scruffy, are you okay down there? Oh, I see you! You’re moving now.” Erthe said when Android X started stirring again. Android X spent several long moments stirring around in the hole, before he flexed his legs and propelled himself upward, all the way back up to the first floor, standing on the opposite side of the hole from where Erthe now stood. The android landed gracefully on one tip toe, the other long leg sticking off at a skewed angle acting as a counter balance for his bulky body. Both his arms were also spread out wide to lend more balance to the Android as he posed after his landing. ”Oh my god, he stuck the landing!” Erthe thought to himself as he watched the unusual agility of the normally clumsy Android. ”Oh, wow, you made a simple landing. Now how about the second level? That is what you are supposed to be dealing with, not the first basement. So lets get a move on it Snuffles.” Erthe said, and he pointed upwards to the trap door above him, waiting for Android X to take the lead into the floor above.
